Saab Magalona snaps back at PNP Chief Bato

The Philippines National Police (PNP) has been receiving the ire of citizens across the country due to the succession of deaths of minors allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade or “collateral damage” from the drug operations.

Out of the thousands drug suspects killed, netizen and critics zeroed in on two prominent figures in the police’ nationwide drug war, and they are Kian delos Santos and Carl Arnaiz.

PNP Chief Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa appealed to the citizenry during his press conference wherein he said, “I would like to caution everyone to please not be so quick on condemning our policemen.”

The late Francis Magalona’s daughter, Saab Magalona, reacted to dela Rosa’s statement by saying, “how about don’t be so quick to kill,” after she retweeted the report of aBS CBN on Bato’s speech.

Other celebrities and citizens railed to Saab’s statements.

Celebrity journalist Bianca Gonzales also retweeted her post.
