Read these steps:

DAY 1
BREAKFAST: 1 cup of unsweetened green tea, 2 tomatoes and 2 boiled eggs.
LUNCH: 1 glass of green tea, 2 egg whites and 120g of baked fish
SNACK: 1 apple
DINNER: 1 cup of green tea and steamed vegetables

DAY 2
BREAKFAST: 1 cup of green tea,  1 banana  and 2 boiled eggs.
LUNCH: 1 glass of green tea, 2 egg whites and 120g of boiled chicked
DINNER: 1 biscuit, 120g cottage cheese and a cup of low-fat milk

DAY 3
BREAKFAST: 1 glass of tomato juice  and 2 boiled eggs.
LUNCH: 1 glass of green tea, 2 egg whites and 120g cooked red meat
DINNER: 2 baked potatoes, 1 glass of green tea and green salad.
